This community would have all the amenities of the modern world (TV/Cable, Computers, Internet, etc), very capable and closely available medical facilities, cultural activities, tours and sightseeing, outdoors sports, 24 hour security, 24 hour assistance, language translators, and proximity to shopping areas. Dr. Lopez envisions this community to be first available for adults who want to spend an extended vacation then accommodate longer stays from 1 month to 1 year and also make available indefinite stays.
